I just had Pavlov, cream, raspberries and strawberries and a plate of mash potato for breakfast. I feel good.

The bottom line:
photo / hedi slimane
I'm watching this documentary about the American economy. Basically, it's fucked. There is no real way around it. It's fucked. Gone are the days of middle-class bliss, welcome to a capitalistic hell. Why bail out the guys with the 0.5 million dollar watches? Because they're the guys who can 'fix' it. No no no no. This is wrong. It's simple. They try to tell us that it's far to complex for us to handle - but it's not okay to keep feeding them money. Give it to the poor, the starving, the homeless. Easy as pie.
I have started to think of myself as a bohemian. Partly because I find the whole idea of 'a bohemian' incredibly romantic, and partly because I want to be an actor, in theatre, in small, underfunded films. I'm never, ever going to make any real money ever. I spend all my money on art, coffee, books, comics and going to the movies. I read online news sites, I am growing my hair long, and I buy my clothes from op-shops.
What does the internation economic crash and burn mean for me? I'll keep you posted. So far I'm floating along on whanau funds people gift me.
Salut!

(:
I'm eating cheese and crackers. We go away to Westport tomorrow for One Act Play, exams start in one week, interact is after school, I'm going to try and get a new eftpos card, mum and worik go away to Kenya in seven days, and I have not yet started my media film.
what a glorious feeling
Exams are soon, and it's bad. Deadlines are soon, and that's also bad. But I'm going to be brave, and do things, and ask people things, and maybe go on a date. Maybe. I feel quite tired and drawn out, and watching A Clockwork Orange isn't helping. Oh well, can't win 'em all huh.

I've been a terrible blogger, and would like a nap very much. Here's some pictures I like. I'm in a fight the fascists kind of mood.

Things I've done.
I saw Inception, was very impressed. Good director, even better cast. It's offical, I absolutely love action films. They are awesome. I am a child of the ADD-over-simlulated-age. Give me in depth drama - yeah, okay, not too bad. interesting enough. Give me high end explosisions - THISISFREAKINGSWEET.
I went to the Art Roadshow - which was cool. Orginal Hotere, orginal parddington. Wicked cooool.
I saw The Ghost Writer. It was a thriller without explosion and gunfire. Real interlectual, real good.
Tomorrow, I'm eating rice balls and going to a movie. Yippee!

I keep ordering DNA tests
How amazing are these? Fantastic! Quick, someone get me some galactic material because there's no way I'd ever be able to afford those beauties... All my money goes on coffee, comics and bags of op-shop clothes.
this is cool, and is also where I got the photos
I WISH I WAS A MISFIT
There's this television show called Misfits showing on c4 at the moment. On Monday the third episode is on. Now I'm not one to be seriously into things that require me to be really constant with keepin' up wid it, but this show is freaking sweet! It won quite a few emmys, and what I really like is that there isn't a character I connect with, or really, really like. The Irish one is a complete dickhead, the black-girl is just too... watch it and you'll know what I mean, the black-guy's is such an all rounder it makes me bored, the quiet one is cute but excessively creepy, and the chav girl is too chav.
I don't know/can't remember their names, so yeah. Watch it though. It's good (just in case it wasn't obvious). :D Prost.

So. Yeah, I'm bored at school and I'm pretty sure I need glasses. Wish me luck at my pitch for making a youth one act play festival today.
Dusting down the door.
See that photo above? That's me hiding my shame because I've been a terrible blogger. More like booger. Gosh darn I'm funny. So I'm going to dust off the cobwebs and start posting more. Because that's how I roll. Prost.

Bad blogger!
I've been a bad blogger, however, to make up for this, I'll show you this! It's pretty freaking sweet. I love the idea of reinventing old houses. I love old things. Like my Dad. Haha. Just joking pop.

Looney Tunes
I've just spent two minutes of life repeating the hook from The Clean's song Tally Ho over and over and over again, while Mya danced beside me and Aiden made a few cameo appeareances as the muppets, with the Master of Photography Bronwyn filming. We had also made a fort from carboard boxes and tables, which hosted a semi-war, a tea party, a cat and a dog.
WELCOME TO MY WONDERFUL LIFE.

In Classics, we are studying Greek Vases, which are freaking amazing. They can be so detailed, and it's almost insane to think that the detail on the vase above was inscied. They chiseled the detail. As in, they used a chisel and a hammer to make all the fine lines, curves and everything. I actually astounded. It's intense. I recommend looking them up. They're bee-e-a-you-til-full. Like, fur realz.

We're defying gravity!
I love musicals. They're amazing. Seeing Starlight Express in AKbro with the lovely family was amazing. Jesus Chisrt Superstar is still my favorite. It's awesome. I must watch more. A new years resolution for the win.
