there is this john mayer song called love song for no one. it has this line; 'i'm tired of being alone, so hurry up and get here.' and i really like that. it's not that i'm unhappy that i'm not in love - if anything i rejoice! i'm not cemented in happiness and in a realtionship. i just want to mess about, have a good time and chill. but the song is although totally about falling in love, i'm going to take that quote and change the context. because mya gets here soon, and i am tired of being without her. it's going to be an exciting start to march that's for sure.
people don't give new zealand artists enough credit. our music, film, theatre and art people are really good. it's all about cultural context i suppose though.
