“México’s contemporary art fair Zona Maco hits its stride. Organisers aim to ecourage new collectors in Mexico and let the fair grow with the local art market"

Among all the satellite projects i really like the collaboration between American Apparel visual merchandisers of Mexico City, with a young local gallerist, Gerardo Contreras atPreteen Gallery, and one of his artists, Radams “Juni” Figueroa on a conceptual display called Total Tropical Hallucination. After the exhibitions Paraiso at Ldt Los Angeles, and Mayami son Machin at Gallery Diet, the new installation of the Mexican artist is featuring AA bags, a wide set of plants, and trippy green and fuxia T5, in a quite big window space.
